brought my car in for repairs on the side of the car (someone... read morebrought my car in for repairs on the side of the car (someone hit it while parked). they have EXCELLENT customer service. they helped me figure out what to do with insurance and rentals. I had no clue on what i should do once i filed a claim and was told to bring it to a shop. Luis told me everything i had to do and needed to know.

the job was excellent and he even recommended some other things that needed to be done and simply told me to take it to who i typically take it to. there was no beating around the bush, he was straight to the point and very genuinely nice.

the workers there are ALSO nice. that was surprising because usually it's just one person, but everyone was hospitable and was superb with their service. thank you, blu! keep up the excellent service! read less

Customer Service was great. Spoke with Marvin regarding my side mirror that was... read moreCustomer Service was great. Spoke with Marvin regarding my side mirror that was detached due to an accident. I bought the part myself and needed someone to put it on.

Marvin quoted me $70 and gave me a 45-1 hr timeframe. When I arrived he was very polite and welcoming. I sat in the lobby for about 45 minutes and my car was finished.

Marvin charged me $60 for labor and I couldn't be happier. Really appreciative of great customer service. I would recommend them to others and would visit again. read less
